Directions
Brushing with Royal
Sangi's directions for the tube, in three moves.
- 1
A short line of paste
Put 1 to 1.5 cm of paste on the brush. That is 0.4 to 0.6 inch, less than the length of most brush heads.
- 2
Three to five minutes
Brush teeth and gums gently and with care for about 3 to 5 minutes. Sangi suggests brushing after each meal, 3 times a day.
- 3
Rinse lightly
Spit, then rinse lightly. The directions say a light rinse leaves some of the paste's hydroxyapatite behind in the mouth.
